- A 25% security deposit must be made to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be deducted from the final payment.
- A late fee applies to all clients who are late from the time of the appointment. If you are 10 minutes late, a $15 fee will be imposed. After 15 minutes, there will be a $25 late fee. On busy days, appointments are subject to be cancelled after 15 minutes.
- Shoots outside of the Orlando, FL area will be subject to a travel fee. The travel fee varies based on the location and the needs of the shoot.
- There will be no refunds. Refunds will only be applied if an appointment is canceled by Alex Molina Photography.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies – If your date needs to be changed once you have booked your session, you have one reschedule allowed. You must contact Alex Molina Photography via email at least 48 hours in prior to your original shoot to reschedule your session. If you cancel within in 48 hours of your session, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to schedule a new session. For weather cancellations, you will receive an email to let you know your session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. The photographer has the final decision on if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. If your session is cancelled due to weather, you will receive an email with a list of dates that he is available to reschedule your session.
